About Us

Meet the women behind The Pink Bra. We are daughters, sisters, nieces, aunts, mothers, grandmothers and even great-grandmothers. We are students, apprentices, mentors, and professional businesswomen. Like all of you, we have shared our life experiences with family, friends, and each other. We have faced adversity and come out stronger on the other side. Some of us are breast cancer survivors -- and we have remarkable stories of other types of survival. We will share some of those stories with you through blogs in the very near future.

We are Certified Fitters. Certified after taking numerous classes by the top manufacturers of post-breast surgery products. We are also Certified Fitters for lymphodema sleeves and other compression garments. Our certificates have been issued by Amoena, TruLife Camp, American Breast Care, Juzo, Jobst and Mediven. We have tried on the products. We wear our products. Every product we list has been touched and evaluated by one or more of us. We meet with all of our manufacturers several times a year. They keep us advised of the latest products and we help them with ideas for future product development. We let them know what YOU like and don't like. If you have ideas for a product's improvement, we would love to pass it on.

We all work in the Women's Health section of our brick-and-mortar store in Nashville, Tennessee. While this website is a fairly new venture, our store has been around for more than 20 years. Sitting in the midst of the five major hospitals in Nashville (Vanderbilt Medical Center, Baptist Hospital, Centennial Medical Center, Sarah Cannon Cancer Center and the Centennial Women's Hospital), we see thousands of people in our store every year. We maintain a stock of thousands and thousands of post-mastectomy bras, breast forms, and compression garments. We have very close relationships with all of our vendors to assist us with getting the products to you as quickly as possible.
