Four score and seven years ago ... or maybe more like one score and twelve years ago, we set about selling medical supplies. We started with a lovely & local Nashville pharmacy that sold all of those everyday medical basics that every lovely & local pharmacy should sell. But, we didn't stop there.
A short time later, we found that our fellow Nashvillians needed a better resource for lifeÍs more specific medical needs: walkers, rollators, specialty nutrition & wound care, compression & mastectomy. These products are hard to find and even harder to tailor to our customer. This takes skill and it takes knowledge. These are two things we take very seriously.
You know those students from your school years who always sat in the front row, asked the teacher thoughtful questions and seemed energized by the entire learning process? Yeah, that's us. Except we do that in product training seminars and product demonstrations.
We love what we do and we want to be the best at it. How can we earn happy customers if we canÍt help them find the perfect solution to their problem? What good is a company selling a product they know nothing about? The internet is full of those companies but, listen here, that's not us.
We love our reps. We know them and see them regularly. We know about their kids & where they're going on their next vacation. We pepper them with questions when we donÍt know the best product solution for a specific customer. They train us consistently on anything new in their industry and we, in turn, listen very carefully.
Over ten years ago we took our knowledge online and havenÍt looked back. Every day we speak to customers who donÍt have access to good medical products and need our help. It's what we love to do and itÍs important that we do it really, really well. We aren't selling candles or jewelry or shoes. We are selling products that will change your life if you need them. That's a responsibility we have to our customers and we take it very seriously. It's an honor that you allow us to help you.
