TRYING ON YOUR PRODUCTS
You may try an item on for fit, but it may not be worn, and the original tags must be attached. We suggest that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying the items on. We will not accept returns or issue refunds on items that have been worn, washed, have the tags removed, stained, pet hair, smell of smoke or heavy perfume, or damaged in any way. (For health and safety reasons, a few products may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. See the list of products below under "EXCEPTIONS".)
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/PACKING ERRORS
If an item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged or defective merchandise or refund your money for the damaged item in your order. In the rare instance when we mistakenly ship you the wrong product or the product has a factory defect, simply contact us. We will send you via US Mail a pre-paid shipping label so you may return the item.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued for the price of the returned product to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the full process of your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your exchange has been shipped or when the refund has been issued.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise within 30 days(1). If you would like to return or exchange a product, we will gladly exchange the item for another size or refund your money. (EXCEPTIONS - Any item with a crotch, such as panties or panty girdles; Self-adhesive breast forms; incontinence products including washable and disposal underwear; nutritional products; opened skin care products; or custom made or dyed items cannot be returned or refunded.)
Simply fill out the Return/Exchange form and send the product back to us. You are responsible for all cost associated with sending the package back to us. Send Returns/Exchanges to the address below via US Postal Service Insured, UPS, or any other insured service. If your shipment is not insured and it is lost, we have no way of issuing credit or making an exchange.

PACKAGING:
Please make sure all tags and manufacturer's boxes are exactly how they were shipped to you. The items were carefully packed to protect their packaging, wires, shape, etc. Be sure to pack the product to protect the original box and contents during shipment. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded. If the original packaging is damaged when returned we will either not accept the package or assess a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion.

Silicone breast forms or swimsuit exchanges will incur a handling and reshipping charge of $5.00.

2) Orders from $600 to $999 Return Processing Fee: 5%
3) Orders over $1,000 Return Processing Fee: 10%
In order for us to maintain our low prices to you, please understand that we are a small company and business practicalities do not allow us to provide the same return policy of a major department store. Thank you for your understanding.

(1)Discretionary Policy on Late Returns: We reserve the right to accept or refuse any returns received more than 30 days from the original shipping date. If accepted, a $10 or 10% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
