Shipping Policy
Please read this page carefully for specific details on expedited shipping services (UPS 2nd Day or Overnight) and other important information.
Orders will be sent by US Mail or UPS Ground, at our discretion. If you are unable to receive US Mail or UPS service for any reason, please leave us a note in the COMMENTS section during checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii: Most orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent for a flat rate of $5. Orders over two pounds will incur additional shipping charges which will not be reflected at the time of check-out. We will notify you of any additional charges prior to processing your order.
SALES TAX: All orders delivered to the states of Tennessee, Nevada, and Washington will have applicable sales tax added to your order.
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY*
Most orders will be shipped within one to four business days. Provided the item is in stock, we make every attempt to provide SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders received before 2:00 p.m. CST. In the event the item is not available for shipment in four business days, you will be notified by email when the item will be available to ship.
While we keep 1,000's of these items in stock, due to the large variety of sizes and styles, some of these products will be ordered from the manufacturer. We have arrangements with most manufacturers to ship to us the same day as we place the order. Please allow 4-7 days to ship from our store. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing you with the shipping date and a tracking number. You may then follow the progress of your package at www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com. We will provide UPS or USPS with your special instructions. However, we cannot promise that they will follow the notations. UPS and USPS deliver on their schedules, even when asked to deliver at a specific time of day. We are located in Nashville, Tennessee. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 2 - 6 business days. Please call, email, or make a note in your order for 2nd Day and Overnight shipping rates to these areas.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
(2ND DAY & OVERNIGHT)
- We use UPS to ship Overnight and 2nd Day
- Not all items are available for expedited shipping.
- If you have requested expedited shipping and we only have part of your order in stock, we will ship what we have in our stock via your chosen shipping method. We will have the remainder of your order shipped directly to you from the manufacturer via regular Ground shipping. If you need a particular item(s) shipped quicker than the others, please let us know in the COMMENTS of your order and we will do our best to get those items to you via the expedited shipping method you have chosen. We will email you if your order will need to be split as described.
- If the items in your order are too heavy or oversized, the 2nd Day and Overnight charges may be higher than the flat rate charges listed at check-out. You will be notified and asked for approval of the higher charges prior to shipping.
- UPS Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping only include business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Overnight orders received on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Second Day orders received on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. If you need a package delivered on a Saturday, please email or call us to find out whether that service is available in your area and its associated costs.
